This patented, advanced formula has been used successfully world-wide for over 10 years in every extreme situation you can imagine. Our powerful DECON FORCE 100 solution is proven to effectively neutralize tear gas, smoke odors, methamphetamine residue and other industrial chemical hazards.
Introduction: In the field of hazardous material remediation, few challenges are as dangerous and complex as the decontamination of illicit drugs like methamphetamine and fentanyl residues. These potent substances pose significant health risks, making it crucial for remediation contractors to utilize the most effective and safe decontamination solutions. DECON FORCE 100 is specifically engineered to address these challenges, offering superior performance in neutralizing and removing these harmful contaminants.
KEY REASONS TO USE DECON FORCE 100
High Efficacy Against Potent Contaminants:
Methamphetamine: Meth residues are persistent and can contaminate surfaces for extended periods. DECON FORCE 100 has been tested and proven to break down and destroy methamphetamine effectively neutralizes residues, ensuring that surfaces are safe for occupancy once again.
Methamphetamine Precursors: There are several hazardous chemicals used in the illegal methamphetamine manufacturing process. Which may be encountered in a “Meth Lab” cleanup project. DECON FORCE 100 has been tested and proved to neutralize these substances to non-detectable levels.
Fentanyl: As a synthetic opioid, fentanyl is extraordinarily potent, requiring specialized treatment to ensure complete decontamination. DECON FORCE 100 has been tested and proven to break down and destroy fentanyl and its analogs, reducing the risk of exposure and ensuring thorough remediation.
Hazardous Substances: DECON FORCE 100’s ability to neutralize a broad spectrum of hazardous substances means that contractors can rely on it in various emergency and non-emergency situations.
Smoke and Fire Residues: After a fire, smoke residues can permeate structures and contents, leaving behind harmful chemicals and odors. Decon Force 100 removes these residues, restoring the environment to a safe and habitable condition.
Safety and Compliance: Using DECON FORCE 100 helps ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. It reduces the risk of exposure to dangerous substances for both workers and future occupants, thereby minimizing legal liabilities and enhancing contractor reputation.
Environmental Impact: DECON FORCE 100 was formulated to minimize environmental impact, ensuring that the decontamination process does not introduce additional harmful chemicals into the environment. This aspect is increasingly important as regulations around environmental protection become stricter and as public awareness of environmental issues grows.
Regulatory Compliance: Using DECON FORCE 100 helps contractors meet strict industry standards and guidelines for hazardous material remediation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Versatile Application: DECON FORCE 100 is versatile and can be used on various surfaces commonly found in contaminated environments, such as walls, floors, furniture, and HVAC systems. This versatility makes it a go-to solution for different decontamination scenarios, from residential homes to commercial properties.
Ease of Use:
DECON FORCE 100 is designed for straightforward application, whether through spraying, foaming or fogging methods. Its user-friendly nature allows remediation contractors to apply it quickly and efficiently, reducing downtime and increasing productivity on the job site.
Minimal Residue and Odor:
After application, DECON FORCE 100 leaves minimal residue, facilitating easier cleanup and ensuring that treated areas are left clean and safe. Additionally, it does not leave behind strong odors, which is particularly important when restoring living or working environments.
Proven Track Record:
DECON FORCE 100 is trusted by professionals in the remediation industry due to its consistent performance in real-world decontamination projects. Its effectiveness in handling fentanyl and methamphetamine contamination has been demonstrated in numerous successful remediation efforts.
Efficiency and Cost-effectiveness: The broad-spectrum capability of Decon Force 100 means that contractors can use a single product for multiple types of decontamination, simplifying inventory management and reducing costs associated with purchasing and storing multiple specialized cleaners.
Conclusion: For remediation contractors tasked with the critical job of decontaminating environments affected by fentanyl and methamphetamine, DECON FORCE 100 is the superior choice. Its high efficacy, safety profile, versatility, and ease of use make it an essential tool in the fight against these dangerous substances. By choosing Decon Force 100, contractors can ensure the safety of their teams, comply with regulatory requirements, and deliver clean, safe spaces for their clients.
Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Decontamination
– Prepare three-part solution according to Mixing Instructions on DECON FORCE-100 container.
– Always use Level C personal protective equipment (PPE) that is OSHA, NIOSH, and EPA-approved, including a Tyvek suit or similar hooded coverall, a full-face respirator with a P-100 broad-spectrum chemical filter, and chemical-resistant gloves and booties.
– Enter contaminated site and turn off HVAC unit(s), if applicable.
– Close all access points (e.g., windows, doors, etc.) to minimize air flow.
– Remove all HVAC vents and intake covers, if applicable. Remove and safely dispose of HVAC filter(s).
– Use a HEPA vacuum or vacuum with a HEPA filter and vacuum inside of all vent openings.
– Apply Decon Force-100 mixed solution via mechanical spray device, ULV sprayer, or foaming device to all surfaces with suspected contamination until ALL surfaces are visibly wet. This includes walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures (e.g., light fixtures, fans, window treatments, etc.), and cabinet interiors and exteriors. Surfaces should be wet but not saturated or with visible runoff.
– Using a fogging device, fog DECON FORCE-100 into the HVAC vents and HVAC intake.
– Exit area and allow applied solution to sit for 1 hour or until solution has settled, if fogged or sprayed.
– Reenter area in full PPE and repeat application with the solution as described in Steps 7 and 8.
– If HVAC is present, turn on HVAC fan on, and fog or spray solution into filter opening. Allow HVAC fan to run for 20 seconds before turning fan off.
– If applicable, pour two ounces of solution into each drain (sink, tub, shower, floor drain) to neutralize any residue that may remain in the drain’s P-trap.
– Exit treated area for a minimum of 8 hours.
– For severely contaminated areas, a third application may be required.
– After dwell time on final application has elapsed, ventilate the treated area. Post-treatment testing is highly recommended.
